Mainland Engineering Corporation was established in March 1994 to provide Structural Engineering services designing the buildings in the growing region of Lower Mainlands area of BC. To fill the growing demand of civil engineering in the fast growing city of Surrey, we started providing Civil Engineering services to the developers in 1999. Since then, Mainland Engineering Consultants Corporation has been providing building design, engineering, and planning consulting services to municipal and private sector clients of British Columbia & Alberta, as well as building design in Seattle area of Washington State USA. At present, the company has three full time professional Engineers and can access other Professional Engineers for help as the need may be.

In building design our team can provide design and inspection services in low rise buildings such as residential, industrial, and commercial projects. We have the expertise for work with commonly used building materials such as wood, concrete, steel, and masonry efficiently. We have a dedicated team of structural design professionals, drafting, and detailing persons and field staff to perform site reviews of buildings under construction.

In land development, our team is well positioned to help the developers move through the different stages of development as quickly and efficiently as possible. Mainland Engineering Consultant Corporation supports land owners and developers by providing engineering services for land development; we excel in residential, multi-family, commercial and industrial site development projects.
